Before real estate, I spent nine years building technology for the casino and gaming industry in Las Vegas. From 2013 to 2022, I held director-level roles at Micro Gaming Technologies and Everi Holdings Inc. — a publicly traded leader in casino loyalty and payments technology — most recently as Director of Loyalty Products, where I led the strategy, roadmap, and nationwide launch of customer loyalty and promotional technology across casino properties.
Earlier in that career, I directed customer support and installation for 250+ casino properties across North America, and before that, I ran software development and creative services — directing full product lifecycles, Agile transformations, and UX/UI design for casino-facing loyalty kiosks.
That’s nine years spent turning complex data into personalized, human experiences — and I run our team at Mitchell Real Estate the exact same way.
The discipline I learned managing Jira backlogs, Agile ceremonies, and executive-level product strategy didn’t stay in Vegas. It’s the same discipline behind the proprietary transaction-tracking system we built in-house, the data-driven approach we bring to investment analysis, and the high-fidelity remote buying experience we offer out-of-state clients. I didn’t leave the tech world behind when we moved to Jamestown — I just pointed it at a better cause.
Long before Team Denehy existed, I was already in this industry. I started my real estate career in the early 2000s, working with the Bullhead City Mohave Valley Association of Realtors® before becoming a licensed realtor in Las Vegas — where I spent years learning the craft directly with buyers and sellers, long before “data-driven” and “proprietary systems” were part of our vocabulary.
That experience is the foundation this team is built on. While Tim brings the technology and the systems — and the people skills that make the deal feel personal — I bring two decades of hands-on real estate know-how: the paperwork, the process, the market knowledge that only comes from doing this since before we even met.
Outside of real estate, I’m proudest of being a mom to our four daughters. Tim and I have known each other since high school, and all these years later, we get to run this business side by side. Between the two of us, our clients get both the expertise and the heart behind every transaction.
Our journey to Jamestown wasn’t accidental — it was intentional. We made the move from the fast-paced energy of Las Vegas to the rolling hills of Tennessee because we wanted something different for our family.
Today, we are raising our four daughters — all under the age of 18 — right here in Fentress County. We wanted them to grow up where “community” isn’t just a word, but a way of life. We’ve lived the out-of-state relocation process firsthand. We know the stress of the search, the logistics of the move, and the joy of finding the perfect plot of land. We aren’t just selling a zip code; we are selling the lifestyle we chose for our own children.
